Visit the PULSE website and sign in using your Learner Reference Number (LRN) as your username.

In the Username field, type your complete Learner Reference Number (LRN) — the 12-digit number.

If you cannot log in, ask your teacher/adviser to check your account. Make sure your LRN is correct and your birthdate matches.
After logging in, you'll see your Dashboard — a summary of your student info, survey status, and LMS scores.

Answer the survey about your plans after Senior High School.

The survey has 6 sections with a progress bar.
Verify name, LRN, birthdate, school, section. Orange fields can be edited.
Select or confirm your expected graduation date.
Check who assisted your career decisions and what school programs helped.
Choose your plan: Employment, College, Entrepreneurship, Middle-Level Skills, or Undecided.
Select skills and values acquired during SHS.
Read the certification, draw your signature, then click "Submit Survey".
You can edit your survey after submitting — go to Dashboard and click "Edit Survey".
See your quiz grades from MoodleSync LMS — synced into PULSE.

In the sidebar, click "My LMS Scores" under P — Performance & LMS.
See total quizzes, average, best score, courses. Bar chart shows quarterly performance.
Green (75%+) = Good · Amber (50-74%) = Improve · Red (<50%) = Low
If you are a TVL student, view your NC assessment results and certifications from TRACE.
This section is only for TVL track students. Academic track students can skip this step.
