Before you can log in, you need to register your account so that Grade 12 students can tag you as their adviser.
Bago makapag-login, kailangan mo munang mag-register para ma-tag ka ng mga Grade 12 students bilang kanilang adviser.
Visit pulse.zsibugaymoodlesync.com and click "Register as Teacher" at the bottom of the login form.
Pumunta sa PULSE login page at i-click ang "Register as Teacher" sa ibaba ng login form.
Enter your full name, sex, birthdate, DepEd Email (this becomes your username), personal email (optional), and contact number(s).
Ilagay ang iyong pangalan, birthdate, DepEd Email (ito ang magiging username), at contact number.
Enter your Employee ID (found on your payslip), position, then select your district and school.
Ilagay ang Employee ID (nasa payslip), position, at piliin ang district at school.
Select your Grade 12 section(s), track, and strand. Click "+ Add" to tag each section. You can add multiple sections.

Click the Register button. You'll receive a verification email on your DepEd email — click the link to set your password and activate your account.

If your account already exists in the system, it will be automatically linked and you can login immediately. Check both your DepEd and personal email for the verification link.
Kung may existing account ka na, awtomatikong maiie-link ito at makakapag-login ka agad.
After registration and email verification, log in using your DepEd email as your username.
Pagkatapos mag-register at mag-verify, mag-login gamit ang iyong DepEd email bilang username.
Use your complete DepEd email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@deped.gov.ph) as your username.

Use the password you set during email verification. If you forgot it, click "Forgot Password" on the login page.

Your dashboard shows an overview of your advisory students, survey completion rates, and options to manage students.

In the sidebar, click "Survey Results" under S — Survey Data.
Sa sidebar, i-click ang "Survey Results" para makita ang responses ng iyong advisory students.
Search by name or LRN, filter by section, exit choice, track, or strand to narrow down results.
Click on a student's name to see their full survey response — including exit choice details, 21st century skills, values, and guidance support received.
See the quiz performance of your advisory students from the MoodleSync LMS — averages, trends, and per-subject breakdowns.

Click "LMS Overview" under P — Performance & LMS in the sidebar.

If you handle TVL students, you can view their NC assessment results, certifications, and student data from the TRACE system.

Click "TRACE Overview" in the sidebar under L — Learner Tracking (TRACE). See total students, assessments, certifications, and charts showing pass rates.

Browse TVL students from the TRACE database — search by name, LRN, or filter by strand and specialization.
View NC assessment records — filter by status (Passed, Registered, Failed), strand, certificate type.
View both student and teacher certifications. Tabs let you switch between student certs and teacher certs.
TRACE data is synced from the separate TRACE portal (trace.zsibugaymoodlesync.com). If you don't see your students' data, make sure they have been enrolled in the TRACE system by your school's TVL coordinator.
